Not approved. The decided cast is the 30 figures in ../{standing,sitting,bust}/.
These are PROPOSALS with a suggested placement each, composed from the curated
atoms with scripts/compose-peep.cjs + compose-scene.cjs.

PERSON ONLY — wedge heroes
  A wedge hero belongs to the human cast; companion.md hard rule 3 bars the
  companion from them. One figure per segment, so the eight stay distinct.

      Shopkeeper. Woman as owner, which doc 07's casting row asks for.
  wedge-restaurants--kitchen-owner  /restaurants  easing-1 + short-3 + calm
      Eased stance reads "pride in the plate", not rushed.
  wedge-clinics--doctor             /clinics      shirt-4 + gray-short + explaining
      Older + explaining reads consulting. Keeps clinics clear of services,
      which doc 07 flags as the pair most likely to collapse together.
  wedge-services--provider          /services     crossed-arms-1 + turban + smile
      Arms crossed reads competence - "skill, trust" from the board.
  wedge-education--teacher          /education    pointing-finger-1 + hijab + explaining
      Pointing + explaining is the teaching gesture.

PERSON ONLY — about
  about--bust-1  /about-us  button-shirt-1 + twists + smile
  about--bust-2  /about-us  striped-tee + no-hair-2 + calm
  about--bust-3  /about-us  tee-1 + gray-bun + old
      A team strip. Bust crop survives small sizes where a standing figure
      does not. Spread across build, hair and age (doc 07 asks for 25-60).

PERSON + COMPANION
  Marketing and idle surfaces only. Never /pricing — companion.md hard rule 1
  bars the companion from money surfaces, so every pricing illustration here
  is person-only or nothing.

      Companion 21-point, right. It points toward the merchant/CTA rather than
      at the reader, so it stays a guide and never the subject.
  faq--visitor-and-companion          /faqs (header)      easing-2 + short-1 + blank
      Companion 23-shrug, right. The pose carries the magenta "?" - the one
      place in the set where that glyph is the point.
  help--merchant-and-companion        /help-and-support   walking-2 + cornrows + calm
      Companion 28-welcome, left. Arms open reads "come in", which is the job
      of a support landing.

RULES APPLIED (cast.md "The four rules")
  1. Companion holds the monopoly on saturated teal. Every person here is ink
     + pale mint only; no human wears pine.70.
  2. Companion is 50% of standing adult height, never rescaled for posture.
     compose-scene.cjs measures both and reports the achieved ratio.
  3. Every figure gets a ground shadow - Open Peeps ships without one.
     rx = 0.34 x width, ry = 9, #113833 at 0.13.
  4. Curated, not the whole library: calm faces, low-noise garments, no
     accessories or facial hair.
  Wardrobe follows the 1 Oct refinement - no turtleneck, overcoat or dress.

THEMEABLE
  Fills are var(--peep-ink, #113833) / var(--peep-fill, #D7ECE8). These resolve
  ONLY when the SVG is inlined; via <img src> the fallbacks apply and the art
  will not flip for dark mode.

KNOWN GAP
  No phone appears in any figure. Doc 07 calls the phone "the product" and
  wants it in frame, but the atoms carrying one (Device, Macbook) are cut for
  bundling a prop into a body atom. Closing that needs a drawn prop, not a
  different atom choice.
